At KK Jain Colour Lab, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the customized nature of our products, certain conditions apply.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
• Product is damaged during delivery
• Printing defects caused by us
• Wrong product delivered
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Approved designs printed as submitted
• Minor color variations
• Change of mind after printing
Refund Process
• Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Photos/videos of the issue must be provided
• After verification, we may offer replacement or partial/full refund
Replacement Policy
In case of valid issues, we may:
• Reprint the product
• Replace the damaged item
Refund Timeline
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–10 business days.
Shipping for Returns
• Return shipping may be covered by us (if issue is our fault)
• Otherwise, customer may bear the shipping cost
